"My son has seen Dr Jafri since he was born, he is now 2.5. Every time we have been seen by Dr. Jafri it’s like the first time we’ve met. He will not remember you, your names, and recites the same spiel everytime- cutting you off anytime you try to answer questions or give information. Dr Jafri has told me to watch my sons weight many times since he was a baby even though he is active, healthy, and eats a very good balanced diet. Every appointment he reminds me not to give my child juice, to which I tell him (15x now) that we don’t drink juice. He has recommended I give my child low fat milk and low fat yogurt to watch his weight, which is poor nutritional advice for a growing baby/toddlers brain. I understand he probably has a lot of patients and needs to relay the same required information to the masses, but every time I have seen this doctor it has felt impersonal and rude. Children come in all shapes and sizes, and a normal chubby baby and toddler does not need to lose weight or be put on a diet. I thought it was funny I’ve been told to avoid juice a hundred times, but was given strawberry lemonade pedialyte packets on my way out. We won’t be seeing this doctor anymore."

"If you’re a new mom, he’ll definitely gaslight you into thinking there is nothing wrong with your child. I brought my 2 month old to see him after some really awful reflux problems and I was told “you’re a first time mom, it’s all in your head, she is fine”. Saw her regular pediatrician a week later and she confirmed the reflux issue and prescribed medication to help, which completely solved the problem. We will never be seeing Dr. Jafri again."

"Very caring doctor. He cares about his patients. Availability is great. Always have last minute appointments. And always tells you to fell free to call him no matter the situation. Doctor has been great since day 1. I’m glad I have him as a pediatrician for my son."
