"The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because how amazing and tentative Dr. Henning’s staff is. I was always able to make an appointment when so truly needed it and Tracy was always so amazing and supportive. However, from the first visit I really should have changed doctors. I feel as though Dr. Henning’s only concern was everyone getting a Covid vaccine. As a first time mother, I was showing signs of PPD. Dr. Henning mentioned that I scored a worrisome amount, but it was never brought up again once he heard that I had not been vaccinated while pregnant. From that appointment on, his only concerns were if our whole family was vaccinated. When my daughter was 4 months old, she got Covid and we weren’t even allowed in the office. When my daughter was about 7 months old I brought her in for a fever- but their only concern was Covid.. so they did two Covid tests on her that came back negative and we were sent home telling us to just give her Tylenol. But the next day we had to take her to the emergency room because her fever was too high. It turned out she had a uti and an ear infection. Like I said, the entire staff is soo amazing and I appreciate everything they have done for me. I just wish the doctor had better priorities."
"My children have seen Dr. Henning and his nurse Tracey since they were born. So, we are going on 13 years of their care. My youngest has allergies & childhood asthma and in the beginning, I swear we were at their office 2x per week or at least weekly for the first year or so...My kids started to refer to Tracey as Auntie Tracey because we saw here so much they thought they were actually family. Lol! Due to insurance changes in the last couple of years, we had to take a year or so off from seeing them. But, we were finally able to get back into their care and we're all so glad we are. Highly recommend Dr. Henning and Auntie Tracey :-) They are very patient with us and one of the things I do love is they tell it like it is. No sugar coating. They are straight forward but in a gentle way and are great with the kids...and us parents!"
"17 years with this doctor for both of our kids. Nothing but positive experiences all the way around. Over the years we have had many weekend phone calls and he has always been very kind to our family on the phone. Tracy also always knows what our kids are up to and asks questions about them/their activities. We will miss this duo as my kids are heading off to college soon. One last visit coming up this summer!!"
"We have been with Dr. Henning and Nurse Tracy for nearly 15 years. He stays up-to-date with the latest of the late pediatric info. With 4 kids ranging from 2-15 we have been fortunate to not have a single misdiagnosis from him. He’s from a previous practice and we jumped ship to stay with them. Two of my most trusted people. Very fun but serious to be around…. I mean we are talking about children and health. Absolutely recommend!!!!!!"
"Went for a cold/fever check up. He couldn’t check my 7 month old’s ear because of ear wax which he tried to scrape using a metal scraper. He scraped her skin off so bad that it started to bleed. Had to spend 4 hrs in the immediate care the same evening to make sure her ear drum was not damaged. He should know than to use a metal scraper on a fussy 7 month old. Very very upset that my infant had to go through this. Do not recommend."
