"Honestly this isn’t to bash this doctor but it’s against this entire office.this is severely disappointing. As doctors they take an oath to serve and care for their patients but this event was the absolute most sickening disappointing moment I have ever seen from a doctor. We were told our insurance was lapsed and that we would have to pay out of pocket of $250 and so we obliged and showed up for our appointment and the first thing the office staff requested was the money and then told us that we would more than likely owe money for the vaccinations so we got our 4 month daughter all undressed and worked up to take her measurements for Dr. Bianconi to come in and say “sorry let me make this quick but we are not going to do the vaccinations because it will cost you too much.” To tell parents what they can afford and not afford is sickening instead of taking care of the patient a 4 month old who didn’t have a say in the matter. This all could have been avoided had this office and doctor been honest up front instead upsetting our daughter trying to take our money to just send us home. I would not trust doctors or people like this for that matter."

"Dr Bianconi has been seeing my boys since my 2 boys were born and my other 2 were small. She knows all 4 by name and truly cares about them. If I take one in she asked about the others. My boys have illnesses that she needs to send us to specialists and I know I can always start with her. I have a million questions and throw out crazy hypothesis but she listens and considers what I say. She checks them head to toe and asks about everything. She never assumes I've heard this already because I have a bunch of kids. She gives me the same information she would give a new mom. I feel respected and cared for when we see her."

"Dr. Laura Bianconi refused to see my child today. She sent a nurse into our room to tell us she wouldn’t see us and that we need to reschedule with her normal doctor. I was scheduled with my normal person today and they called me 2 weeks ago to let me know they had to switch because she would be off today. I was there for 3 issues, 1 of which she couldn’t help (I get that one), but there was no reason for the refusal of the other 2 things I was there for. I asked to speak to her and she refused both a conversation regarding her not seeing us and a discussion on medical care for my child!!! Were you running past your go home time Dr. Bianconi? Glad you’re in this for the money and not the patient!!!"

"Dr Bianconi has been seeing my three son's for the last 10 years and is nothing but kind, considerate, and an excellent listener. My son's truly enjoy seeing her as she makes them feel comfortable, makes them laugh, and goes out of her way to make them feel safe. Thanks Dr. Bianconi for your example of kindness to my boys!"
