"When a VA nurse tells a 100% disabled veteran who just moved out of state, “we won’t fill your medications because you have to go get another primary care physician at your new location”, that explains a lot as to the kind of treatment our veterans are receiving! It will be weeks before I can get a new physician let alone an appointment and this woman DID NOT CARE until I called her out on it! Basically, she was telling me tough luck and accept it! DO YOUR JOB for the health and we’ll-being of your patients - US VETERANS!!! SHAME ON YOU!"

"Too many times have I had to wait 30 mins or more just for a receptionist to answer the phone so I can get a simple answer about whatever I’ve called for. Not to mention miscommunication that leads to no callbacks or notes taken when I left a message for my primary care provide. Lastly, a primary care provider missing scheduled appointments is incomprehensible."

Appointments have been kept, Doctors have been thorough and go over the medical reports and respond to my query's with clear answers and instruction.
