"I have been to this clinic 3 times when I wasn't able to get in at my PCP's office. Easy to schedule appointment on the website. Most I've waited to be seen was 5 minutes. The provider I saw each time was knowledgeable. Would definitely be seen here again."

"I was there on November 27th at 10:45 AM and I will say the nurse there is the rudest nastiest person I have ever delt with.I was so pissed that I walked out without being seen.I have been there a few other time and never got treated like that.I read other reviews and they all say the same.Iam gonna go higher up and report her.GET RID OF HER.my regular doctor is advocate.I will never be seen at the mchenry Walgreens walk in clinic ."

"The NP whom we've never seen before made us go to my daughters Pediatrician because my Grandmother had heart problems. That's my Daughters Great Grandmother. This would of been our forth physical with them & it was never a problem before. She didn't care what l had to say. We had to wait over an hour with no one else there."

"Do not go here. Took my brother because he has strep and the nurse practitioner and her assistant were so rude. My brother has an allergy to a medication and the nurse practitioner has the audacity to tell us that we’re in the wrong and should still take this medication. When she finally prescribed a different medication we asked how many days should he take it and she just responded “Do whatever you want, I don’t care” Save yourself time and go to a different location!!"

"The NP and her medical asst are so rude and dirty! They did not wash their hands! My poor son was treated so rudely and then I was treated awful! The way the NP treats her patients she should be fired! One can tell she doesn’t want to follow the path that they take! They only want your hard earned money! Avoid this clinic! Advocate you need to look into how this place is ran! If I could give a zero I would!"
