"From the moment we walked in we were greeted by helpful, smiling staff. We were behind thrilled with the nurses and doctor we saw (We saw Dr. Stecher) They took time to answer all of our questions and explained be things throughly. Dr. Stecher was amazing for both our toddler and newborn."

"My baby was born 5 days ago. I called to create an appointment for a few days from now. They said it would be great to bring her in today to get a wellness check and meet the doctor and all that. I said that was fine and I would come in in a couple hours. I was happy they cared so much! Then, they said "you are planning to vaccinate fully, correct?" and I said no as there are 2 vaccinations I am against. I explained that and they said they cannot see her. I said "She's 5 days old, there's no vaccinations she needs today right?" They said no. I asked if she could still have the wellness check today and they said they will not see her if I do not verbally commit to a full vaccination schedule for her. They don't give a d*mn about my child. They care about the money or being sued. I cannot believe how brazen this was and the fact they wouldn't see a premature newborn because I would not force her, or myself, into something I am not comfortable with. This is insane and this office, and entire health group should be ashamed. Find a doctor that actually cares about you and your child."

"Speaking about the pediatric therapy group billing is absolutely horrible to deal with. Specifically a woman named Cassandra. No sense of urgency when mistakes are made on their part. Also, they dont appear to think that making sure EVERY patient is made aware of positive covid19 cases amongst employees, is important. Sending out text messages that might arrive or not, is not the way to do this. Therapists on the other hand are great. Only reason for doing business with them. Sad that the company runs that."

"Dr. Aimee Behnke is amazing! She goes above and beyond to help my daughter's every need. She answers all my questions and never makes us feel rushed. We are very sad to see her go. But, hopefully we can find another doctor at Genisis Pediatrics, because all of the staff is great."
