"Do not ever use the facility unless you are bleeding out about to die. They charged us $10,000!!!!!! We were there for about a hour . Had two test you see if my wife had any virus causing her sickness. They did not even proscribe medication! The doctor said go home and gargle some warm salt water and that was it! For 10,000 dollars. The only charge they told us about when we left was $250! We didn’t know until our insurance showed the 10,336.88 dollar charge. This facility is the biggest scam . They claim they are an emergency hospital thus they charge those rates! Harris Methodist is down the street and dosnt charge a fraction of that cost. They could have explained that upfront and told us to go to an urgent care for a sore throat! Not charge over 10,000 freaking dollars and do nothing!!! Not a single prescription. Two small quick swabs and being there for 1 hour . This is a terrible facility."
