"Stay away if you’re coming from the VA. The whole administration side of this company neglects the customer. The front desk lady named Amanda will screen the calls and choose to decline or hang up on you. The manager named Sean shouldn’t even be a manager. She avoided talking to me for over. A year because I was upset that I kept getting an invoice for $1,300. Not only did she do all the paper wrong multiple times, but she won’t even talk to customer directly to help solve this issue. This has been going on for a year and they say it’s my fault and to figure it out when they don’t know what they are doing. They tell me to call the VA and I do and I get told it’s getting taken care of yet it doesn’t. I get some of it pushed through and it knocks my invoice from that amount to $100 instead of clear it it but I get told it’ll fix itself after a month or 2 yet it doesn’t. UPDATE. Took 10 calls in a row to get the manager Sean to answer the phone. She answers rudely even though I try to engage nicely. All of that for her to just cry to me and talk about her daughter and say “she doesn’t care about my $100” that I owe. A MANAGER. A grown woman with no professionalism using her front desk workers as middlemen. Then I hear the phone slam down and I hear her mock me In the background to her employees. How professional. Right? What kind of office is this? I’m trying to clear my debts due to their negligence and I get nothing but treated bad and the issue isn’t resolved. So here I am calling the VA for at least the 4th time to get them to contact them. Sean and Amanda, do better."
"I came here due to some concerns I had with my foot. Before it changed ownership, my father was a patient and I figured I would use the same office out of convenience. I read the reviews and ran with it. The nurse or the guy who took me to the room and examined my foot was monotone and had absolutely no bedside manner, in fact, he appeared as though he hated his job and his life. To make matters worse, the doctor did a procedure on me and not once did anyone discuss pricing with me prior to doing the procedure. Needless to say, I was shocked when I was checking out and they charged me over $200. I will not return and believe I should be able to dispute a portion of the charge."
