"It’s a great place to be when you are in need of medical help. Drs and nurses are excellent! A lot of people only know about Barnes and don’t know how great the Mercy Pratt Center doctors and staff are. I tell everyone to go to Mercy Pratt where you are treated like a person, not just a statistical number."
"Very thankful for this cancer center and the medical professionals who practice there. Been a patient there for three years and have had family in care there for years before my own cancer journey. From Dr. Rodgers to the PT team (Sue, Kathleen, Megan and Eunice) - I'm still here because of them. Excellent care and compassion."
"Provider Dr. Tu spoke to me about details/possible causes of my abnormal blood work as if I was a colleague, not a patient with no medical school training. She named a few different types of blood cells that had abnormal measurements, and I had to ask her what those specific ones do in my body, what could cause them to be off, etc. That is certainly information a doctor should provide without prompting. Also, instead of explaining the condition she suspected I had, she literally "Googled" it right in front of me on the computer in the exam room, printed something out from a random website, handed it to me, and told me to take it home to read it. In all my years of having doctors appointments from various specialties, I've never experienced such before. She's a nice enough lady, but definitely needs further training on how to provide compassionate quality care."
"Have been bringing my Dad here for 8 years for vidasa shot 4 times a month. We used to only have to wait 15 to 30 minutes, but now it is hours. I don’t know what is going on in the pharmacy but my father is 91 years old and I find this ridiculous. The nurses even have to go to the pharmacy now and get the medicine. It case you even care, the patients have a life also and should be more considerate of the patients."
"The very BEST cancer center in St Louis. The Drs are very knowledgeable with what's going on. And will listen to your concerns. They saved myself of stage 4 female cancer. And Dr Boyd saved my husband of head ,neck and vocal cord cancer. He was free and clear 15 yr. Past but not from cancer. I've been cancer free sence 96 and am 67. Please trust each Dr"
