"After I scheduled my initial appointment and confirmed the date, time, and location over the phone, when I arrived for it, nobody was there and the building was locked. While I was trying unsuccessfully to get a hold of anybody at the office, another person came and found themselves in the same situation. (And then they only reached out several hours afterwards by asking me to leave this review...)"

"The doctor is great however the support staff and organization as a whole is run incredibly backward and unorganized. When I call the local office where we see the doctor, I randomly get connected to an office in a city 100’s of miles away so they can’t answer questions about parking etc at the office I’m going to. When you call back another time you get connected to a different office 100’s of miles on the other side of the state. No one can help or answer billing/insurance questions. No one but the doctor responds to messages. There is no front office staff at the location we go to so no one to buzz us into the building. When I call the office number, again you get connected to any random office in the state who has no idea how to help us get into the building while we’re standing in the rain to get into our appointment. If we didn’t love the doctor so much, there’s no way we’d continue going here. Worst run medical office I’ve ever dealt with & that’s saying a lot since I’m a nurse."
