"By Your Side is a autism therapy mill. Initially our BCBA was great, and we were happy with the progress. But then they assigned us a new BCBA with no experience. I could write a small novel on how horrible she was. There were a number of safety issues. The support staff is horrible and unfit for care of autistic children, much less a child off the spectrum. Safety is a joke. They are completely ambivalent that they are in a busy parking lot..once my son swallowed a water ball and they had no information on the safety of the toy. I had to take him to the emergency room and conduct an experiment to see how much the ball would expand. They threw it away. If I didn't call they they would just have ignored the situation. They are so Teflon and don't do anything wrong. They're primary concern is the churn of kids in and out of the faculty and the flow of insurance money. I think it's called by your side so they can get your insurance card out of your side pocket."

"I brought my son here for therapy, I was extremely nervous about the change. However it has been the best decision I have made. The staff is wonderful. His Team/therapists are amazing!!!! I can't thank By Your Side enough for their hard work and how wonderful they are with the kiddos. Thank you!"

"Had a horrible experience here getting even started. Like the other reviewer said the administration side has no idea what they are doing. There is no designated person who can tell you what availability they have for services and when it can start. After my initial consultation with four of the staff members they led me to believe my son could receive speech services there but when I started calling them to schedule it I kept getting different answers every single time. I had so many therapies and school I needed to figure out for him and I kept waiting to hear back from them. When I finally insisted on an answer I was told they were full and had no availability. How frustrating is that you keep waiting and waiting to finally hear them say they have nothing for you and nothing is definitive. They may have a good therapy model or therapists but to get past all this nonsense it was just not worth it. Save yourself so much grief and take your business somewhere else where you are valued more."
