"I’ve been using this place for laser hair removal for years and I’m doing touch ups only now . On my last touch up session there were some are that was not well done maybe because they are doing treatments in dark rooms with low lights or maybe it just a human factor. So I called and asked if it’s possible to redo the treatment because it bothers me and instead of fixing small mistake they advised me to schedule another session out of my pocket. That’s how this place is treating long term customers ."
