"I had tried to use their services, contacted them and was put on a waitlist... no biggie that is pretty common. However, I've been waiting since September (it is about to be March). I contacted them again in October and was told that I would get a call when an appointment was available. If this is how they treat someone just trying to get help... I'm glad they didn't take me on otherwise. Edit - they contacted me and apologized. However did state that the waitlist can normally take “many weeks to many months”"
