"I have been a member at Massage Envy for many years! I started going to the Oswego location a few years ago b/c it was closer to my house than the original location I signed up at. I sadly will not be going back to this location due to the current front office staff/management. In the past month, I have dealt with mixed up scheduling, misinformation given to me by the staff, attitudes and I even witnessed another customer crying b/c of the treatment that the front desk staff gave her. It seems that they don’t care about keeping their clients. As a result, I would not recommend going to the Oswego location."

"HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Very stingy and would not cancel your membership. Do not sign up if you dont want life long commitment. Went in to cancel my membership and was told manager had to sign the cancellation forms before I could cancel. Got a call the next day that cancellation forms were ready. Went in again and the receptionist could not find the forms. Had to go back the third time before I could sign the forms. Even after sigining the cancellation forms, they are still charging me for my monthly membership."

"I called and set up an appointment for two 90min massages, both being paid for through my credits. They confirmed they would transfer credits and even said they would make a note on the recipient's account that I was covering it. Fast forward to check out time, turns out they only booked us for 60 mins... Then, the girl at the front tells me that I have to call myself to my home location (Shorewood) to have them transfer the credits.. I call and explain, and the Shorewood location tells me at that point about a $10 transfer fee. I said, "That would have been nice to know at the time of booking, just like that I needed to call you guys to transfer in the first place beforehand." The Shorewood girl responded, "Yes they were supposed to have called us and told you." I won't be returning to this location, and honestly, I'll probably just terminate my membership altogether. Really disappointed."

"First time at this location. Very clean & comfortable & relaxing environment. Amanda did an amazing job with my massage- she focused on the areas I asked her to and relieved some of the pain I was experiencing. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!"
