"My Insurance only covers O2 thru them, so I must use them every time, and customer service is horrible! Late return calls, prompts me to keep calling on different days, to see if i can "catch" them. i even visited one day they office and they were there!!! Not all that busy! They are even charging my Insurance company for house call(s) I did not even schedule. Bad but I must still rely on them, for now."

"I have had service with the Round Rock location since July 2014 and it has been one hassle after another. Today, Sept. 30, 2015, I received a call from their service tech stating that he had orders from me to pickup my oxygen equipment. Mind you I am on oxygen 24/7 and made no such order. He then asked if I had been contacted by the office that as of the first of something they no longer accept medicare. I have not been contacted by anyone from this company regarding such matter. Do they think I am just going to let them come in my house and take my equipment without having made arrangements with another company!! This company is lacking in the CUSTOMER SERVICE department. I would suggest you find a more customer oriented company."
