"It was disappointing to see how cheaply built these homes are built yet the prices are ridiculously high and the lots are ridiculously small. No ranch style offered in this community. The floor plans seem nice and open but the bedrooms small. Nice overall location, but I think there are better options out there, and we would consider existing in the area & more quality. 3 car garages are optional and lots are extra, not included in price. Once this housing bubble is over, no one will ever be able to get their investment back. Tread lightly"
