"I went in for the IV therapy due to my severe migraines. I had no idea what to expect but tiffany asked me various questions and suggested the one I used. It had electrolytes, b12 and pain medicine and other vitamins. I slowly started feeling better and now my headache is just kind of annoying and not keeping me in a dark room!! I highly recommend trying it!! I also did the float therapy on sunday and monday. When i got done sunday i had a surge if energy!! Signed up for monthly plan!! Love everything avout the entire buildings!!"

The staff are very welcoming and take the time to explain everything before we get started. The rooms are very clean and relaxing. The float itself is amazing. "I have been wanting to try out a float for a while now but have been unwilling to travel to a larger city from Southern Illinois, I was glad to see that Float Life opened up in Mt Vernon. I went for the first time this Sunday and the staff was friendly and inviting. The float rooms are nice and private with a personal shower in the room to clean up before and after the float. The also had great room with cozy couches and Hibiscus tea in order to "come back to reality" after you are done with the float. It was my first float experience, and I would recommend it to anyone who has been wanting to give it a try."
