"This was by FAR the best spa/massage therapy session I’ve ever had. What I love about Stephanie’s technique is it goes above and beyond just lying on a table and getting a massage. I came to her with chronic back pain/sciatica as well as carrying the heaviness of post-partum depression. She prefaced our session so perfectly saying, “You’re safe, and this is the only place you need to be right now.” As a working mom who is always on the go, I needed to hear that. Stephanie was so professional, and you can tell she is truly an empath; making sure that every second I had with her counted. She genuinely cared about my time there. I drove an hour to see her and I will absolutely do it again and tell my friends and family it’s worth the haul. I would also recommend seeing her and blocking out the rest of your day/evening! I left with such a sense of euphoria that I just didn’t want to wear off! I felt healing from the inside out. From the infrared light, to the Thai yoga therapy, the sauna, and Stephanie’s professionalism and caring nature this was the best self-love treatment I have ever had and I would recommend everyone see her."
