"What is going on with this office. When you call to make an appointment, the person that answerers sounds like the person at the reception area. There are people talking in the background, talking to a patient or on the phone also making an appointment. The staff is certainly not what it use to be. We as patients are your customer. You never see Perez in the office. Life is uneasy now days. Make your patients feel at ease"

"Dr. Perez is listed as my PCP and I haven’t been able to even get the office to answer the telephone, in order to make an appointment. I am in need of healthcare NOW. I am googling to see if I have been scammed by BCBS!?"

"When I call for a Dr's appointment I want to see the Dr not a nurse or nurse practitioners. We as patients pay to see the person with a PHD and not to pay the same for lesser. So I am after several of my family members have used these Dr's for many years will be finding a new one so they maybe can start to handle the care of there patients appropriately and not be so overwhelmed. Also may I advise you remove the still excepting new patients off any insurance until the Dr's can get to a point that they can actually see there patients and maybe catch something that nurses would not and maybe save some lives."

"I'm hopeful. My wife has seen Dr. Perez and selected her as her PCP. Well, that's not actually true. She's been to the office and saw a NP. But she enjoyed her visit and suggested I switch Dr. Perez as my PCP. I called today to schedule my first visit - got a voicemail. After seeing the reviews, it's sketchy at best if I will get a call back. I'm leaving a 5 star review off of my wife's visit. I will adjust according based upon my experience. I'll keep you guys posted on how long it takes them to call me back. Should I reduce a star for every day it takes? EDIT: Sadly, I have had to downgrade my review to a single, lowly star. It's been 10 days with no call back. I called again after a week and left another voicemail seeking an appointment. Still nothing. This leaves me with no confidence that I can access my doctor or staff when needed. Bummer. I had high hopes."

"I've been going there for years Dr. Perez is a great doctor! and the NP are all great as well! The only problem here is the staff no one ever answers the phone or returns any calls. You can call all day everyday and leave messages and you'll never get a call back. They need to work on that issue. It's been like that for years. If it wasn't for Dr. Perez and her NP i would have found another clinic."
