Reviews
"Everyone I talked to was very nice, but it is unacceptable that I had already waited two weeks and confirmed my appointment before they cancelled it, only a few days in advance, when it was too late for me to cancel my travel reservations. They said that they were mistaken in scheduling me in the first place. Again, I had already confirmed they would see me multiple times on the phone, and had confirmed the appointment and done ALL of the paperwork online, at their prompting. Now I cannot recoup that money, and all of this plus the literal hours I spent on hold and on the phone could have been avoided if they were just more organized. They offered me a letter I could give to the hotel/airline to explain my cancellation, but that's simply not how reservations work. I guess I'm lucky they managed to call me before I was already on the road, and I'm glad I didn't pre-pay on the patient portal, as I was prompted to, but it's awful to have to deal with this kind of incompetent medical bureaucracy when you're already sick."
