"I was ordered to have a 72 hour EEG performed by my doctor. The order was sent to Well Rested Diagnostics, 3310 Katy Fwy in Houston. From the moment the order was sent, I experienced interaction with wonderful, kind, and professional employees. Iris and Amber handled the scheduling, insurance, and any payments needed. They were so kind to work with. On the day of, met the Sleep Lab Director, Jordan who was responsible for setting up the ambulatory EEG. This included strategically securing 32 electrodes across my head and ensuring proper recording with the equipment. Not only is Jordan extremely professional and competent, but she was so nice and calming during the set up procedure, explaining the entire process, which took about an hour to complete. Fantastic personality to go with her expertise. I left knowing what was required of me. Equipment was returned after the 72 hours and recording downloaded for my doctor. Although a 72 hour EEG was not something I was looking forward to experiencing, Amber, Iris, and Jordan made it a pleasurable experience.
