"An absolute disgrace of an organization. We never received an invoice or a bill or any description of services rendered. The reason - they screwed up our address. No bill arrived and no contact made. Sent us to a collections service. Now they are unwilling to accept responsibility for their actions. I have called now less than 10 times trying to receive help and they continue to pass the buck on to others. They continue to tell me my situation has been "escalated" but there has been no initiative to call me back or actually resolve it. This began 15 months ago with the birth of my second daughter and it has been 6 months since we learned of the issue. I have been proactive trying to get a resolution but there is zero help received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!"

"Pediatrix Medical Group is more or less a franchise/corporation. Office bills for services not rendered and refuses to speak or allow you to dispute your bill. I disputed it with my insurance and they refused to speak with my insurance as well. Birthed a healthy full term baby and was charged for seeing the baby the evening of birth which her nor her staff never did until the next day. Not to mention they charge $1700 for three (only received two) 5 minute or less minute exams . Patients beware! Dr. Samson herself might be a good doctor but we only saw the NP who works under her."
