"I have to give this place a 0 really. I never was able to see them. I had a slight incident while driving to the appt which may make me late so I called and explained. I indeed was late 17mins. I was in the lobby finger on the elevator button when they called and informed me they could not see me because they have a 15min rule...i was there but to no avail. After many conversations with the front desk then the office manager, I realized I really didn't want a doctor that couldn't/ wouldn't work with me...even when it could be considered my issue. They also informed that they have a 30 minute max per patient thus I suppose they are never late to your room. I guess if you play it right and have no unforseen issues you could be part of history...a doctor that never leaves you waiting. I won't reschedule. Mind you they are specialists so I've been waiting 6 weeks in severe pain just to get in. I already found 3 other specialist and have another appt this week .There seem to be no customer care anymore in any industry"
