"Terrible customer service! Never got my refund back. I’ve been calling them for over 6 months regarding to my refund ( ultrasound covered by my insurance), but still no responses yet! Never ever go there again!"
"This facility outsources their radiology images & interpretation services to Rose Imaging Specialists. So while your mammogram may be 100% covered by insurance [as often a requirement now], you will find yourself with a large bill from the party they outsource to that will most likely *not* be covered. And while you may sign a paper telling you that you're responsible for any charges associated with your mammogram, that paper does *not* list these third parties they outsource to nor tell you that they outsource their imaging interpretations. Unless you would like surprise bills from this non-transparency, I would recommend avoiding and finding a facility that does their interpretations of imaging in-house."
"Doctor and back office staff are great, but the business office has really shady, as in fraudulent, billing practices. I got a written estimate for a cash-pay service. I went to the appointment and paid in full for my appointment. A month later I received 3 separate bills totaling over $5,000 for a service I had already paid in full for! I will not be paying any more."
"I called yesterday afternoon and was on hold for 10 minutes and opted to leave a recorded message to be called back. Someone returned my call, today, while I was at lunch and I told her I’d call back within an hour. So starting at 2 pm, I called back and was on hold for 20 minutes. Tried again and got thru on the “are u a doctor or physician office? line. A woman answered quickly and said woman said she’d get my chart and then promptly put me on hold for “someone will be with you momentarily “ endless recording. Another 10 minutes. I wouldn’t be upset if the hold recording said “no one is answering the phones. Leave a name and phone and we will return your call”. I’m tired of all the online and phone hassles. I changed to another place that answers their phones and books appointments at my convenience."
"Incompetent staff that handles the results from the screening. It took 10 days and multiple calls from me and my doctors office to get results sent over. This business is run like a Walmart not a doctors office, they shuffle you around like cattle! I bet they didn’t wait 10 days to file with my insurance, what a joke. There are too many imaging centers to put up with this kind of service."
