We scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago. 2 business days before the appointment and no one has reached out to us to confirm the appointment or given us any directions. I've been on the phone trying to call them, looping the automated menu for 7 minutes with no response so far. Absolutely horrible service"

My mother could not remember when she would be in town and caused Jessica to have to reschedule her appointments 3 times. Jessica never showed any amount of frustration towards my mother and assisted her the entire time.
