"This association very rude …. I rent the house but i can’t park on my parkway ….. they Towed my car 3 times in 3 months. I rent the house 3 rooms but I can’t not have 3 cars …. That’s no sense !!!! They need all my 3 cars registered. 3 id . 3 driver change the address to be this place.(( ( what a joke ) …. Like changing my grandma and grandma to my mom and my dad and me , sister, brother and everyone from my family to this place??? )) THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOVERMEN TO MAKE WHOS LIVE HERE TO CHANGE ALL THE INFORMATION OF THE ADDRESS……. YOU cannot have GUEST over even day or night. No parking even on the street. The towed company Northwestrecover all ways drive around 24/24 just to tow any car they can get away . LIFE IS TO SHORT TO RUED THE ORTHER LIFE :("

"I think it is a time to hire another another association company for the community! Home owners are paying at least $295 and they force homeowners to buy stickers for overnight parking! I have been the homeowner with different associations and none of them was charging for the stickers!"

"I don’t own the place but I’m renting and I can agree 100% that the parking situation is horrible. Relatives got their car towed and I had to cover the fee to get it back. My car got towed as well. Place is infected with mice and the walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors use their own restroom and their conversations. They also smoke and I can smell in my kids room all the smoke. Avoid if you can, especially if you have kids."

"Worst Association ever, they seem to do everything they can to get your car towed. They have to have a deal with the towing company because its allways something else with these people. So far have been towed 3 times. They cant even afford to buy a garbage, theres garbage and filth everywhere and hundreds of insects and animals ripping it apart because it just sits all over the grass in garbage bags. The other day i went to ask them to have the maintance crew fix the mailbox since its not part of the building but a central main box. They told me to do it my self."

"Think twice, they are forcing me to replace a sliding glass door that is perfect working condition at my own expense. You will also be charged for any and all home repaires at an additional fee with no warning. The ventilation system is also leaking cigarette smoke into my unit and when I notified the association I was told to deal with it on my own. If your guests attempt to park anywhere on the complex after designated hours they will be towed immediately. Terrible experience all around."
