Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Don’t consider this place expensive and my bagels are always good and orders are made correctly. I agree about the employees, they sound indifferent and kind of impatient when taking orders, and also must repeat several times when ordering at the drive through, but it doesn’t bother me, as I guess I understand it’s not their dream job and whatever. So I will come back for my favorite bagels. And yes, I hate panera. I’m saying that as seems that almost everyone thinks important to mention what’s across the street."

"Took over 30 mins to get my order of two bagels. Just two bagels toasted. I went to the front and asked them to just give my bagel and I will go toast it at home myself otherwise I would probably still be waiting. Decor is outdates and the place is not clean. Employees are unenthusiastic about working there. Just go elsewhere, they will always just be apologizing instead of figuring out a system that works or hiring help."

"I ordered a small hot latte and an everything bagel with garden veggie smear. Latte's milk or maybe the coffee itself tasted weird, maybe spoiled. I realized my bagel had two small black hairs within the cream cheese. I will probably not return here and would not recommend to eat here."

"Would not recommend at all (see photos). Mistakes happen and I get that. What shouldn't happen is a customer being fed attitude driven excuses by stressed out employees as you ask to exchange something that clearly wasn't right. Then, they only gave me 5 out of the 6 bagels I ordered :( This happened several times with this place and ultimately it should be expressed for others to avoid similar situations. At bare minimum, beyond any food, you should at least treat your customers with respect. Too bad I have to even give a single star to review. Its not the mistake, it's how it was handled. Last, but not least, PLEASE clean the place up a bit. After going inside for the first time, I wish i hadn't been going there to begin with. Gross. This is not just me, look at the low reviews for what they are. Work needs to be done here in a major way. Not a good representation of the Einsteins name or brand at all; certainly not what I have known it for. This location is no good."

"I love Einstein bagels but their service is very poor. I visited there and their drive thru was closed. When we entered there was only one person taking the orders and packing them. There was a long line, the person was not at all helpful and was very rude in communicating. I understand he was alone and definitely the the store was shortstaffed but during holiday season possibly the company can hire more people as per the demand. I was in line for 10 minutes then a lady joined and all through that time she was just standing there and did not plan to help anybody or cashier. I did ask him to slice my bagels but when I reached home to eat them they were not sliced at all. Instructions for not fully followed and it definitely does disheartens me to tell that the service was very bad"
