"If I could give 0 stars I would. On my first visit as a new patient never met the doctor. Only had a consult with the nurse. Then I can't even get my test results. I called for an appt and now they say they don't have any until June. But they got me in a hurry. DONT NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!"

"I'd like to give 2 stars, however with chasing down the staff and trying to get an understanding of what happened during the procedure. I think everything went ok . . . Mid March was the procedure and I'm hounding the office a month later. Below is a small C&P from my email. It's been over a month since the procedure and I have had to chase down the office to find out what has happened/the results -- in my mind this can be construed as an act of negligence. I have no idea what the prescriptions are used for or if they are still valid -- again no follow up for understanding."

"Don't get appt at the pasadena office you will never get to see him. I had a endoscopy last year and I still have not got my results. The ladies do not give their name when they answer the phone. When you ask who am I speaking with they act like how dare you ask me. I am finding another gastrologist I guess he likes it over in the galeria area and not pasadena."

"Been my GI Doc recently after switching from previous ones and all I can say is hands down the BEST! Other ones were so rude, didn't hear me out, and would just prescribe meds. But they never got down to the problem ! Dr. Daccak and his team though sent it out for sample and the results were astonishing. I realized I literally had no good bacteria to help my guy function as it should. And now I'm on a balanced schedule of probiotics and my stomach, my skin, my overall mental clarity has never been better ! Truly he is so nice, professional, and listens plus he has been in his specialty for so many years that he brought up things other ones didn't even tell me. My mom even went since we have the same issues and had a colonoscopy and all she had was praise. He truly cares for his patients and you can see that."
