"Leaving a poor review is never something I want to do however I feel compelled to do so in this case. I attended this clinic with my sister (the patient) months ago. She was so eager to get her health on track and bought into what this program was promising. $500 which included labs etc. Months have passed and she is still waiting for the tests she was told she was supposed to receive. She has called, emailed, left messages and still nothing. I’ve heard her sob from the pain she’s going through and the false promises from this group. I’m writing this in hopes the public is aware of the risks and false promises of the Executive Health Program. She continues to call and email weekly Dr. Bedi office for the required testing, without avail. This situation is truly heartbreaking and i hope it is resolved soon. I will post further updates here."

"By far the worst Kelsey visit I've ever had! So, I scheduled an appointment with the call center from a referral for my doctor to see the Urologist. The appointment was scheduled for August 8th. I was then put on the wait list / watch list to see if a sooner appointment would come available. So I could take it. The same day an appointment came available for May 31st. I accepted the appointment and proceeded to my doctor visit. Up on arrival at 10:30 a.m. I was checked in by Daphne. After waiting for about 45 minutes. I went up and approached Jasmine an asked why are other patients being seen before me when, I had 11:15am appointment and I've been here for 45 minutes. I was then rudely advised by Jasmine what are you here for. I explained to her why I was here. Jasmine stated to me that I was here for shots. I advise her I have not seen a doctor to accept any shots. She didn't try to explain me on her side It states that I'm here for labs. Advisor no I was here for consultant with the urologist. First off, if Daphne would have done her job the correct way she could advise me when I first came in that. Hey looks like you're scheduled on the wrong thing. She neglected to do that after she was informed by the nurse in the back that it was scheduled wrong. Don't waste your time with the teammates at this Kelsey location. They don't care about helping or have any leadership ability. Daphne and Jasmine in Urology needs to be terminated in my eyes. And what's so crazy, is their call center book the appointment What a waste of a day."

"Kelsey-Seybold Executive Health is an exceptional value proposition. Dr. Solomos is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to talk you through all of your results and answers questions. Also a great resource for specialists."

"Very poor. Kelsey-Seybold presented very poorly and I would not recommend. Had a similar services provided at another organization a few years earlier it was miles ahead. Kelsey-Seybold struggled to perform the most basic of administrative functions; this calls into question the more important and complex clinical function. The doctors I saw were nice and seemed competent but at almost every other stage the experience fell short. Kelsey-Seybold was going thru the motions without actually providing all the services as they suggest. This was a huge waist of time and money. Seemed Kelsey-Seybiold Executive health is focused on promoting their services than actually providing quality services."
