"This is the worst facility. DO NOT RECOMMEND Employees act like it’s a high school setting and treat family members like trash. Audrey and Wendy do not communicate with staff or clients in a reasonable fashion, they react on a power trip. My loved one went to the facility and was clean and they gave them addicting drugs while in the facility. Another client was caught staying in a room for 45 days with another client and not being charged. Once you get past your insurance stay they do everything in their power to boot you out the door because they want the full amount from the insurance. They are terrible at communication. They responded to this post and what they said was also not done. Our loved one was told to pack up their belonging and had less than an hour to get their stuff and they shipped them out without aftercare or anywhere safe to go. This place is a joke and the staff and clearly the person commenting doesn’t know what’s going on in the facility. Do send your loved ones here"

"Lincoln Recovery literally saved my life. People are treated like adults and it does not not feel like a restrictive environment. From the private rooms to being able to keep phones and laptops to the weekly outings it was an environment that allowed me to focus on my recovery. The entire staff is top notch and and truly cares. In particular I cannot say enough great things about my therapist Astrid. She always went above and beyond, coming in on a day off if a client needed something, always providing resources that she researched on her own to set up comprehensive aftercare plans and she was always accessible, every time I needed to talk she would find the time to be available. If I were ever to need to return to a rehab facility I would not even consider any place but Lincoln Recovery."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lincoln Recovery. I couldn’t have gotten sober without them. Most of the staff are in recovery so they’re very easy to connect with and understand what you’re going through. The private rooms are really nice and they do Walmart runs twice a week so you can still get your favorite snacks. Being able to have my cellphone and other electronics was definitely a plus as well! Shout out to ASTRID! She’s the best counselor there and helped me so much. Especially during the times I felt hopeless and unworthy. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get sober."

"I absolutely found my stay at Lincoln Recovery to be so helpful. I never felt better! All the staff from admissions to the cooks were great! The facilitators and counselors truly care about every client. The facility is clean and so comfortable. I met so many great people! You get to have your phone, participate on outings, see your family every Sunday, and even get your nails done. After leaving you will actually miss your daily life at Lincoln. I have learned so many coping skills to move forward with my life. When I first was confronted by my family that they thought I needed to go to Lincoln I did not think I wanted to. I am so thankful they talked me into going. I can’t think of anything better I could have done to get my life back on track. My counselor Sue was the most compassionate down to earth person I have ever met. A few of the facilitators even go out of their way to be sure you are on the right path. Thr BHT’s are all so kind and you can also tell they have compassion for every client. I would give Lincoln 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you Lincoln for changing my life!"
