I have been off my meds for a couple weeks & she got me in right away for blood work & an immediate follow up in a week so I could get results & an immediate plan of action for my meds. "After trying to find the right doctor, I called Simcare one day and sought an appointment. After ascertaining my details and my Insurance , the pleasant receptionist fixed an appointment with Dr. Raj Shivaji. When I reported there, in considerable pain and discomfort,I did not have to wait long and after the preliminary screening Dr. Raj came and met me. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Later when I went to-fill the prescription, I had an issue with insurance as it need pre authorization. I called the Doctor at a late hour and she immediately agreed to do it. But as it would take time, she prescribed alternates which I was able to collect. The next day she sent an sms to me enquiring how I felt and how the medicine reacted. The next three days during my recuperation, she had messaged me a couple of times enquiring and once when I felt the medicine was strong, she changed the dosage. If you're used to being shuffled out the door after 3 minutes with a doctor, you're in for a wonderful surprise. She also never pushes treatments, but rather gives you all the information she has and works with you to come up with a plan you're both comfortable with so that it's a team effort.
