I went in for my 6 month checkup, and was told to go see my primary Eye Doctor because of my diabetes, and she never sent the referral, I went to see the eye doctor so now I'm on the hook for over $600 dollars. Bad service. On top of that you can never talk to the doctors office, you call another state and they send the message for them to call you, witch they never do. POOR SERVICE"
