"Had been sent to take blood work and said it would take maximum 2 days to get the results but took 3 weeks I called many times to see if they could give me my results but never gave me a response. I already had the results since I had the quest app but couldn’t receive an explanation on the results and said that they hadn’t received them.. I even faxed in the results but the doctor got back to me in almost a month. When I he finally got back he said it was nothing to be concerned about when the results were saying otherwise! Recently went In and I had a big concern due to my health and again like last time he said that it was nothing and nothing to worry about when he did not examine or nothing."

"The staff doesn't send orders for outpatient procedures in time. The doctor never has your medical records when he comes in the room for your visit. I have never experienced a situation like this when it comes to my health and well being."

"I called once before in the evening and I had someone answer the phone very rudely and put me on hold over 20 minutes, I hung up because I couldn't wait that long. Then I called Today in the morning and they were much more polite. I'm not sure who I had the pleasure of talking to but she was very informative, respectful and kind. Which I loved! She had wonderful customer service. I'm a new patient and have an appointment tomorrow. I'll see how it goes overall and adjust my feedback."

"I called to make an appointment with Dr. Gisele Jones today only to discover she is no longer part of this practice. The young lady on the line claimed to have no forwarding information for Dr. Jones or any details as to how her patients could contact her. The practice and the medical group failed to notify myself and I'm sure all of the other patients of Dr. Jones departure. Beware, if you call the main number to reach Dr. Jones' office you will be placed in a continuous loop without being able to reach a real person. Callers must choose the option to book an appointment if you want to speak to a live person and even then you are not provided much help. Needless to say I am now looking for a new primary care physician."
