"There have been very few times in my life that I have received such poor treatment from anyone, especially a doctor. I came to West Oaks urgent care due to Covid symptoms and being sick for around 10 days without getting better. I came in with a list of my symptoms and just wanted another Covid test plus other tests to rule anything else out. I have never been sick this bad or for this long, and I just wanted some answers. Through tears I explained to Dr. Cavazos that it is so scary to not know what is going on with your health and have no answers. He seemed great at this point. One of my biggest symptoms is brain fog. I was listening to Dr. Cavazos speak while I filled out the last of the Covid questions on the sheet I was given. Suddenly, and without warning, he screams that I am ignoring him and storms out of the room. My father witnessed this since he was in the room with me. The two nurses/aides are also aware of his behavior. I am utterly shocked that someone in this profession would think this is even remotely okay even for a person who is 100% well, let alone this sick. My hurt cannot be put into words that someone who is supposed to take care of people would be this cold, heartless, and unprofessional during one of the scariest times in a person’s life. Google this doctor. You will see other poor reviews. Please, if you are sick, in pain, or dealing with anything else, do not go here. I have no idea what is going on in his life to make him treat people this way, but it is beyond unacceptable."
