"The top of the garage located on picturesque campus of Northwest Vista College is a great place to take in the view of the Hill Country or watch the fireworks from SeaWorld. Even on the hottest of days it seems like it is more temperate at that higher elevation due to the breeze. A number of the students like to take their cars up top to pose for pictures with them."
"The garage does get crowded, but the garage is large enough that it always has spots. There is an elevator so going up to levels that have spots is not daunting. It's a great garage and I can't wait until the 2nd one is built."
