"Outstanding care, from intake to nurses to physician. Listened, test results were returned quickly, treatment and impeccable care provided. No complaints, not a single one. Thank you to everyone who helped in my care, I am so grateful!"
"I can't say enough about the hospital and ER staff. My appendix was what they called angry and swollen almost 3xs the size it's supposed. ER staff was great. I got admitted close to midnight due to high volume of people which I didn't mind. Once up on the 4th floor I received the absolute best case ever. My night nurse was Ed the 1st night and Zeralyn the 2nd night both awesome and great at their job. Andy and Gabby were my nurse tech Gabby was the sweetest ever and Andy was sweet and a fun guy. Sharon was my day nurse both days and I loved her she was the best ever!! I totally recommend this hospital. I hope not to go back but if I do I'll go here."
"DISCLAIMER!!! I have always had an amazing experience at this hospital with the nursing staff and most doctors! COMPLAINT! I went in because I found out I was pregnant but still bleeding like I was on my period and went there to find out I had an ectopic pregnancy and had to speak to the OB Dr. Hollis. When she came in there was immediate tension and I felt like she did not want to be there. She then proceeded to tell me I needed surgery to remove my tube and there was no other option, she was persistent on this until I started asking questions. She then explained she could cut me open and try to just cut the tube open but she is still going to have to take the tube. After saying no to this and because she was not 100% with that I then decided to ask what other options there were for me where she told me none and she only likes to try to save the tube on young people, her exact words, but I’m only 21…. So I guess that wasn’t young enough for her? Anyway I decided I wanted a second opinion from someone else and she seemed very irritated and upset with me like I was the biggest inconvenience to her. As she was saying how big of an emergency this was, she wanted to do surgery at 7am, it was 1am when she told me this. She did not get me discharged until about 3-4 in the morning. I did not feel safe nor comfortable having any type of surgery with her. I went to go get a second opinion where my tube was saved and I did not have to be cut open like she wanted to do just to take a tube. I was very disappointed with this experience and will not recommend Dr. Hollis as an OB for anyone going through what I have gone through for my first pregnancy."
"Went to the ER and was treated immediately and efficiently. My primary care had given me the wrong antibiotics. I was taken back to CT right after getting proper pain management for my case. They found the problem almost immediately and the doctor prescribed me all the correct medication and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there."
