"This place SUCKS. THEY WILL KILL YOUR FAMILY MEMBER AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY My mother was sent here with a pelvic and hip fracture When she arrived took 3 hours for nurse to come to room We had to go get her. She said I have to go pee is it an emergency. Lazy people work here Needless to say. They did not do therapy on her and charged Medicare for it to begin with. We have reported to Medicare about this They depleted her sodium levels and tried to fix which in return cost her her life We found bruises in her face when sweeling went down and bruises all over her back The people are awful that work there. Ex drug addicts. I had to report and employee smoking pot daily outside by dumpster. I don’t care he smokes pot but should not do at work then go in a. Care for patients. That is wrong !!! Not one person took accountability for what happened to my mother It is ridiculous and nursing home are awful to begin with in Texas I would love to be an administrator and make workers face the music when they do something. The owner was the worst Anyway just if you value your family done take them there period On George hopper rd in midlothian Update***** I see owner reply. I have contacted state and no one has been out there to do an evaluation as Of yet. The hospital Even sent a message to the state regarding this facility. Owner should own up. This is why your place is not safe. Only as good as the leader. Which you are not!!!!"

"Wouldn't recommend at this time. They have a lot of good people here especially the rehab therapists. Day staff does good most of the time. A little slow in resolving issues. The night staff is horrible neglecting patients and appear to be totally unaccountable. Transferred my mother to a rehab in Waxahachie and it is like night and day. Her level of care is so much better now."

"My mother has been a resident at this facility for a year and a half after transitioning from an assisted living facility. The staff and administration was very helpful in this transition. When I have a concern or question, they usually respond within the same day. I visit my mother at least 3 times a week, and she is well taken care of. It is nice to know that she is being cared for by professionals while I work full time. I also love that it is a Christian based facility. The workers are NEVER standing around talking (which is very impressive). They are always taking care of the patients and residents. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily."
