"Dr. Ruby is a pretty good guy, but I will never go to that clinic again. They cancelled an appointment my wife had as we were going out the door saying they would not take any Blue Cross/Blue Shield until mid-April making my wife believe that our insurance was the problem when in fact, after I called the next day and pinpointed the office girl on the phone, THEY are the problem because they are changing affiliations and networks. No big deal, right? WRONG!! My insurance through my job will cease at the end of March since I am retiring, so now we're supposed to find a clinic/doctor that can get my wife's blood pressure regulated in about two weeks. Dr. Ruby was working on it and almost had it figured out. Thanks a lot Walnut Grove......I will NEVER visit your clinic again!"
