"There wasn’t any appointment available until 2 months after. I scheduled and they rescheduled me for a couple days later, then tried to reschedule me for another month later. This is horrible."

"I went to this office last year for my yearly and had a wonderful experience with Loryn; however, as she is no longer with the practice, my annual visit this year was made with Helen. This most recent experience was awful all around. I was made to feel that my concerns and well being were not truly important by two members of the staff, including the practitioner herself. I felt talked down to and like I was on a conveyor belt of patients. When asked if I had any questions or concerns, the doctor actually answered my first question by saying, this is only a 30 minute annual, we don't have time to discuss that. Not only was the appointment itself a let down, but I received a bill from my insurance a couple weeks later (Annual well woman visits should be completely covered by law without a co-pay), when I called and requested that the office recode the visit to show that it was my annual, I was told that the visit was changed to an outpatient office visit because I asked the practitioner a question and there was nothing that they could do. Long winded, but I wanted to express my disappointment with this specific practice."

"I had a good experience at this location with all doctors. And my C-section (2022) was the best one out of my other ones. I would come back again."

"I have had so many poor experiences with this office-most having to do with poor follow-through, cancellations, and staff rudeness (and maybe staff burnout?) I want to keep giving the office chances because I wondered if it was just me..and how much trouble it is to change doctors. But, now that an biopsy I've waited a month to have was cancelled rather nonchalantly, I feel I have no choice but to change. When I asked for medicine for the pain I've been having-the person on the phone made a scoffing sound (like I was seeking drugs or something..) The only reason I didn't rate them 1 is because not everything is all good or all bad. It's close with this one though. Edit: Found out I have cancer and and am in pain but the doctor on call doesn’t feel it’s good medical care to provide me with pain medication because she has never met me. Huh. So, no sleep tonight? You will probably never see the same doctor twice! This place is the worst. Please view reviews for Southwest Women’s Obgyn in Mokena. too. It doesn’t have the best reputation. I have felt so consistently disappointed by the folks here. Don’t let the address or associations fool you. This group is not one I would recommend to an enemy."

"Was unaware of a few things when I made the appointment. When I called back as my appointment had changed doctors without notice (even so much as a phone call.) was told you would have to see all doctors in the practice.- once again, not told that when I made the appointment at the time. When I explained I did not want a male doctor due to a traumatic past experience, I was told there was nothing I could do and had to see the male doctor even though I felt uncomfortable doing so. Glad I canceled and went elsewhere. Especially after reading the review below mine of her experience with the male doctor. Tell women especially pregnant women they will be seeing 5 different doctors throughout their pregnancy from the beginning. Not wasting their time and having to call back to find out for themselves. Absolutely ridiculous."
