"DO NOT COME HERE, the nursing staff is very rude, disrespectful, and very shameful towards patients. Many of the nurses have outdated medical opinions and don’t seem to know much regarding updated research on women’s health. I have never felt uncomfortable in a medical office until coming here. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an OBGYN."

"Wanted to find a better OB not in my area was told Aurora was better so I booked an appointment since October since then they've canceled my appointments like 4 times now they tell me I won't get an appointment till spring and that's if they don't cancel what's the reason of trying to find a different doctor if it's going to take months. The assistant said well if you have an original doctor you should stick with them but I don't have to. If your a new patient avoid they take months to see you that's if you get seen."

"I LOVE Dr. Jones and her staff. Everyone I've met (including Dr. Hannah and Dr. Hecht) have been phenomenal. As a first time mom, I was terrified. Jones and staff were there to answer every question, big or small. Never got frustrated with my million questions/concerns. They listened to and respected my requests. Would definitely have another baby under their care!"

"I made an appointment about 3 months ago and they called me TODAY to let me know that the gyno is not taking new clients even though it says differently on the website. They provided someone else for me to see but it's at a later date. I took the appointment but I need to look elsewhere to try to get in sooner because I'm getting married and I need the IUD in now. They should've recognized their mistake and found me a better option that worked for me. It's not hard to call me after booking the appointment to let me know rather than 3 months later. Reading the other reviews I see that they don't really care which is another reason why I'm frantically looking else where but, I'm afraid it is to late now."

"They DO NOT CARE! This and every Aurora gynecologist is apparently over worked. Unless you are having a baby, they have ZERO concern for your health. I scheduled an appointment out two months in advance and was canceled twice."
