"Dr. Juarez has good bedside manner I guess. She also belittled my HG and made it seem like I was just a baby and it was typical morning sickness when I lost 50+ pounds during my pregnancy. When I called a couple days after birth complaining of pain and cramping she told me it’s not birth related so she couldn’t help me. As well as telling me (while pregnant) there was nothing I could do for the vomiting. If you have HG or any pregnancy difficulties I’d recommend going somewhere else. I have trauma from how bad my pregnancy was and Dr. Juarez really made me feel worse every time I saw her. She also never remembered who I was; any of my issues, anything. I understand they see a lot of patients but maybe they should check notes and charts before going into see a patient. My next pregnancy I will not be returning, even though other doctors in the group are good. I cannot risk being cared for by dr. Juarez again Edit to add because I feel this is necessary info as it’s something I’ll never forget. I was scheduled to be induced on a Monday and was told by the doctor that scheduled it that if I was vomitting intensely to call and be induced sooner because it wasn’t worth waiting 2 extra days of being extremely sick and on IVs. I was already overdue. Well I was vomitting profusely, about every 10 minutes and was severely dehydrated with extremely high ketones and low potassium and iron, so I call and ask and dr. Juarez says - with extreme attitude - “we don’t induce people for morning sickeness” Had she read my chart she would know I had a condition and it Wasn’t just morning sickness. That hurt and made me cry more than ever. I was 41 weeks pregnant and down 70 pounds at this point. It really hurt and I really hope if you read this you look elsewhere"
"Dr. Juarez is great. Would highly recommend immensely her. She is very compassionate and caring. I have seen her when I had a pregnancy appointment in the past, and now she’s my regular OB because of her bedside manner. Office dislikes: the Naperville office has this new pink plastic gown that is sticky. It’s kind of gross to be peeling layers of this at home. I understand cuts, but it’s a OBGYN an office. Buy the paper gowns. I would stop going to this location specifically because of the plastic gowns. They make you sweat and are just yuck! Edwards procurement do better. This is on you not the physician. Secondly it is a OBGYN office. Babies being delivered happens. If the doctor is called to deliver a baby It would be nice if the staff pushed back those appointments or rescheduled. There were about 7 of us waiting. If appointments can be rescheduled, they should be. You don’t take patients if they are 10 minutes late. It would then not backlog the doctor so much."
"The negative reviews about her are accurate. She is very rushed, uncaring, rude at times, and doesn't want you to ask questions. I canceled my future appointments at this office due to the fact that I'd have 1 in 4 chances of seeing her again. Found a new practice that is so much better."
"I’m literally in shock that these reviews are posted about Dr. Juarez, but some of the reviews point to things out of her control. And because of these astounding reviews below I feel very compelled to write how wonderful she is of a doctor. She is the best doctor I have ever had in any discipline, and the sole reason I believe to this day why my son is still alive due to some delivery complications. She has explained everything thoroughly, has amazing bedside manners, and is very knowledgeable in her field. I would emphatically recommend her as an OBGYN. Is the office busy? Yes. Should you schedule your appointment well in advance? Yes. Is it worth it? YES."
"Disappointed with the service. My wife and I scheduled an appointment and waited for a whole month. Once we get to her office in Edwards Hospital in Plainfield, we were told that the appointment has been cancelled. We did not get a notice or a phone call that it has been cancelled. Their reason was that, there was no phone records of us for them to call us. To me that is such a ridiculous excuse, due to you can’t set up an appointment without confirming your personal contact info. The lady on the front desk decided to reschedule us and decided to assign us to a different person (nurse practitioner). As a patient, my wife and I chose and specified to see a doctor when we scheduled our appointment. If we wanted to see a nurse practitioner we would specify that during initial scheduling appointment. The service that they provide is poor, and not a slight bit helpful. This review may not be towards Dr. Juarez, but more towards her staff. With the disappointed reviews that I seen before I posted this review and as well with our experience with their service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICE WITH THEM."
