I despise this business practice, because it is set up to make the customer feel like they are already invested and cannot say no to the overpriced actual quote they are surely to receive. I am a big fan of agreeing to a price for goods and services before being on the hook to pay for them."

I was pleased with the price and work was complete within a short amount of time . The electrician was very polite and professional . He even wore shoe covers!
