"They did fine, but they said they were going to take away my old garage door that was insulated. They ripped off the insulation and left it there and said they didn’t have a way to dispose of it… so I guess it’s my problem now. When I told my sales rep he said- well if you would have asked about the garage door insulation I would have told you we couldn’t dispose of that… which is funny because I bought an insulated garage door from them…. And implied it’s my responsibility to get rid of that. Then he asked me to be sure I paid the installers before they left. The installers left behind a bunch of trash from tearing everything apart and there were large bolts and screws left in my driveway that I’m still cleaning up. The price was good but the service was definitely lacking"
