"Eric was amazing....this was the second repair stop I had to make as the parts for my iphone 13MaxPro weren't available at the other shops in the area. He was proficient in his diagnostics, educational/helpful and solved my issue for $0 which I would have gladly paid for! Unfortunately my first stop to Cellairis was met with bad information and lack of parts/troubleshooting knowledge which I only found out after having to pay for diagnostics which were not done correctly. Eric and SOS saved my phone/photos/and hassle with switching over to a new phone unnecessarily. What presented as a battery/charging issue was really just a motherboard reboot. Eric was quick with my time and very friendly - seriously cannot recommend them enough! Way better experience at SOS than with Apple, ATT, Cellaris and Asurion, combined!!!"
