"I have been going in this store 6 years and never had a problem until now I went in Friday to get my phone fixed an the woman working convinced me to buy a new phone then I find out the phone is not even in my name it's a free phone someone sold them it was a scam I will never shop here again an I want my 162$ back"

"I came here a while back.. remember asking the guy to help me with an issue I was having with my phone. He took my phone inside and waited a good minute to let me in . . I realize now that they may have took some parts out my phone.. I know now not to do business with these types of businesses"

"I want to say the work is great the back of my phone look great, but how the customer service is not it. I took my phone to this place being told that it would only take one to two days for my phone to be fixed. I explained before handing my phone that I needed it to be fixed in that deadline because I go to school and needed to be able to complete my schoolwork. They keep giving me the run around. It went from one more day to another day. I was giving my phone a WEEK later after being told it would taken one to two days. They refused to answer the phone for me when I called or texted them from a different number. As well as they do not communicate what is going on until you are at the store. I only got any information from going to the store! I learned that they had me in a line which was not communicated to me. I was at the end in which why my phone took a week which I had no clue about."

"I really wish I could give 0 stars these ppl are rip offs they quote you one price and then after they have your phone they quote you another higher price and say you can’t get your phone without payments and I was told my phone would be done within hours but I had to wait and call everyday for a week"
