"You are scammers. The heater stopped working in my mom‘s house during the freeze in Houston. My mom is on hospice. You told my protection home plan that it was due to lack of maintenance and they would not cover it. And you were going to charge me $6000 to replace the unit because it was freezing and my mom is on hospice I paid it but I did not feel good about it so I called for a second opinion and they came over and said it was not due to lack of maintenance and they fixed it for $600 And homeowners protection plan did cover it. You were scare scammers and you charged me for the $6000 after you told me you canceled the order. I’m glad I looked at my bill because the $6000 charge was on there. Luckily American Express credited my account and they will be reaching out to you. You are scammers, and that was a reprehensible thing to do."
"Very disappointed, I should never have hired this company. The seller only put the unit in the contract and charged me for the complete installation, I called the office and the only thing they did was call the seller to contact me and he used as excuse saying that he had said that the ducts were good that he was not going to change them. And it is not fair to me that they are charging me the price of something that was not done. Just because I'm a single mother, they think they can take advantage of people and sell them something that they don't have. Now I am the one to pay for a service that was not completely installed. It's not fair. Solo queda decir que dios los bendiga y que ojalá que lo que me hicieron a mi no les pase a nadie de su familia, su hija, su esposa, su hermana o mamá porque ahí es cuando van q saber que está mal. Bien dice el dicho lo barato sale caro. Mala experiencia aprendida. All of you who did well with this company, it's good that they were lucky with a good service."
