Truck 79 M-17631 made sure to pretty much ride inside the trunk of car before flying around me and cutting me off as we neared a construction zone and lane closure, nearly removing my front bumper. This person had zero respect for anyone else on the road and was in weaving in and out of traffic without regard for anyone else on the road. Followed him/her from 1187 and 35W where they rode my bumper and proceeded to nearly take off my front bumper, all the way to 1187 and FM 157 in Mansfield. At one point we went through a school zone, 35mph, where, if it had not been for cars in both lanes doing the school zone speed limit, he/she would have been flying. He/she was in their trunk the entire time. If you want to drive like an entitled, selfish individual, I recommend not doing it in a commercial van with the companies name plastered all over it."

"They charged my 85 year old mother $4000 to replace her 50 gallon electric water heater. The tank itself was $2500 and they charged $250 to move her dryer out of the way and $250 for connection hoses, $120 for the pan, and $240 for secondary assistance. When I question the ethics of the cost, more than double what it cost me to have commercial hot water heater installed at my business, they said that “she signed off on it”. They fact they would take advantage of the elderly, and then “give her” a senior discount is beyond brazen. I’ve called and complained and had the pleasure of speaking to their robotic script reading call center staff who held firm that my mother signed off and paid for the services. I’m calling around other providers I found the average price was $1500-$2000 for the services they provided. While not criminal, I find their business approach morally reprehensible and strongly urge everyone to avoid them at all costs. Both literally and figuratively."

"This place doesn’t charge by the hour. They charge however much they feel like they can get away with charging. They charged a $69 service call fee, $230 to change a hose bib that is $30. Okay, you gotta make money or you won’t stay in business. They charged $413 to replace a flexible gas line to the furnace with black pipe. This prob took less than 1.5 hours and $25 in materials. I called when I found out how much they charged to see why because they didn’t leave my wife with an invoice. They said, “It’s a gas line sir. You have to have a licensed plumber to do it., etc.” Basically stating they can charge what they want. They used about $60 in materials total and it took about 3 hours. It was $718 otd. That’s over $210 per hour for labor. Get outa here. I hope the employee got a good chunk of that at least. My correspondence with them over the phone wasn’t unpleasant so they get 2 stars."

"From the consultation to filling in the last dirt, excellent service. Due to having an old house every pipe had to be replaced. The work started 20 minutes after the consultation and was given up to 10 days to finish which they did in 7. Minimal mess was made and everything back in place and working beautifully when they finished."
