"We were here for an oil change and inspection on my wife's car. It took over an hour and a half to get those done after they mixed up my car and another similar make. No additional work was necessary and nothing had to be retested. They had one guy doing the inspections and after 1 car he would pull up every car behind it before starting the next inspection. Thought that was the worst thing but turns out not where it stops, on our way home the hood started shaking and I pulled over to discover they had not closed the hood back properly. 0 Stars to be honest with yall"

"This USED to be our “Go to Place” hands down! NOT sure what’s going on lately but the last two vehicles that were taken in for an oil change the fluids were NOT topped off as advertised. If your going to advertise a service that’s included in the package I have requested and paid for please have the integrity and decency to do the right thing and top off the fluids. When you cheat me on something like fluids it makes me question how else you have cut corners to put more money in your pocket. It also makes me question wether or not there will be some 2nd or 3rd order fall out with respect to the safe operation of my vehicle. Attention to detail is important not just for my safety and the customer but the others on the road around me."

"This was the nearest State Inspection place from home. I scheduled it online. This was quick and simple. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Parking was effortless. I waited in the customer waiting room. I was out in less than 20 minutes. Convenient and comfortable. Tough to beat."
