"In response to the owner- of course, customers want to pay a reasonable amount for a service. No doubt, we don't want to waste our hard earned money. Maytag service man took about an hour to locate the problem to be somewhere between the outlet and the breaker. And he did a lot of tests too, even opened up the back of the dryer. This was communicated to your technician. So if this took 5 hrs to figure out, I would have to pay $1000?? No thank you. My issue wasn't anything too uncommon. It shouldn't have taken 2.5 hrs if one is experienced. And you don't carry supplies like an extra breaker?? Not good... shows unpreparedness. And he didn't come into the house soon after he came back from the store. I thought he was having his lunch break in front my house. Your response is making my experience even more unsatisfied. It's expensive. I paid $402 to have a breaker replaced. It took 2 hrs for the technician to figure out that the breaker needed to be replaced. Standard service charge was $160 and 2.5 hrs for "installation service" at $75 per hour. Technician was nice and professional, but I will not be using them again."
