"Having two roofs replaced in consecutive years it was refreshing to see how how much more detail Charles at ValleyJax put into his work and customer service than the company I used prior. Upon the initial estimate and walk through with the insurance adjuster every detail on the estimate was explained. During the actual installation I was amazed by the steps the crew took to protect any landscaping and other parts of my home. All the little details and extra steps that the crew took blew me away. In addition to the roof being replaced my pergola and fence were also repaired and stained to better than original condition. When work was complete the area was cleaned up and in pristine shape . Charles himself even walked the property with a magnet to pick up any nails the crew may have missed. When the process was about to be wrapped up Charles did a final walk though with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. ValleyJax couldn’t have done any better making the claim and repair process any more simple and easy.
